USBid was determined ISO 9001:2008 certified by Lloyd's Register Quality Assurance (LRQA), a company accredited by the American National Standards Institute and the Registrar Accreditation Board. This recommendation independently confirms that USBid's business processes conform to the international standard set forth by ISO.

Our inspectors are certified through a comprehensive training program
- We perform rigorous visual inspections to determine product conformity to manufacturers' specifications
- Lead inspectors perform daily audits to ensure a consistent, superior level of product inspection
- Products that are substandard are rejected
- Inspectors participate in continuous training programs detailing industry advances
Our Inspection Facility
Our inspection facility is compliant with ANSI/ESD (20:20) standards
- We maintain moisture controlled, bonded inventory areas
- We have microscopic inspection stations, digital meters, customized inspection stations, reel counters and high-resolution digital photography stations
Product Packaging
- We pack outbound shipments in vacuum sealed, moisture controlled, anti-static protective packaging
- Filler materials are anti-static and provide vibration and shock dissipation
- When applicable, we preserve original manufacturer-sealed packaging
- Outbound shipments occur every weekday with United Parcel Service, FedEx, United States Postal Service for global delivery

Achieving the ISO 9001:2008 level of certification required USBid to conform to a higher quality standard than previously mandated. ISO 9001:2008 specifies requirements for a quality management system where an organization needs to demonstrate its ability to consistently provide product that meets customer and applicable regulatory requirements.
